Help?

One of the classes I am taking this year is AP Studio 2D Design/ Drawing. One of the portions that need to be included is a concentration. Basically we have to pick an idea and develop it in several pieces. So we basically create a series of work. I thought about several ideas, some including making an entire fantasy world, reworking fairy tales, and now I think I want to do local places that are near and dear to me. I'm not sure how I feel about doing so many cityscapes though. I guess we will have to see where this goes. I don't know, any ideas of what I should do?
