and so it begins.

So it has been quite a few weeks since summer break has started (this is the fourth week if you count the week that no one shows up.. so technically this is the third week of break). I realized I have been neglecting my blog quite a bit, but I'm back with an update!

this is when cindy and I went thrifting for the first time! (it was a failll). also, it was before break..

first time in viet town! we went cray on the nail polish of course! Bought 8 that day..#unhealthy addiction

then we went to Ba le? for drinks and food. I only got an avacado smoothe because they were out of pretty much every fruit on the menu. The macaroons were SOO cute! I need to make them one day.

this is what I wore that day.. quite freakish of me to take a photo and post it online but hey, I really liked it and I think it was my first time being a little more girly and "fashion forward". blech, being a girl is hard.

This is when Lina, Ahn, and me went to mitsuwa alllll the way at arlington park! PANDA COOKIES(?)

I mean, I pretty much turned off the engine for a good twenty minutes and before that I was in park for ten. Ridiculous, I know. Oh..how you gotta love life in the city.

This was from going out to dim sum with the precalc group! yay! They lied to me and said Mr. Chan would be there. Haoxuan paid for our meal without telling us (super asian of him). And Lina covered the tip! yay! .... well thats cause she left early and thought that she was paying her share...

It is July already and man... where has the time gone. I've been helping mother paint recently and I even painted my room! It's not the ideal color (I was going more for a mint color). It does look like the color in the pamphlet when there is a crazy amount of sunlight but ehh, i'll live with it. I'm going to post a before and after photo when I am completely done decorating (which might take a while). I have to figure out what color to paint my bathroom still... This summer is definitely packed with stuff for me to do, but I am having a lot of fun between the late night breakfasts and failing to my plan to lose weight. oh well!
